Course and on-course services

The course begins at the race HQ at Sheen Gate and initially goes toward Richmond Gate before returning to Sheen Gate. The route continues through the centre of the park to the White House, with views of the park lakes. Runners then proceed to Robin Hood Gate and join the Tamsin Trail around the inner walls of the park. The route includes a climb up Broomfield Hill, where a drinks station is placed, then heads toward Kingston Gate and through wooded areas to Ham Gate, which has a drinks and feed station. Runners continue to Petersham Gate for a turnaround, return to Ham Gate, run up the main track alongside Queens Road and cross safely, then follow the main private road - a flat section - back toward the White House and on to the finish at Sheen Gate.
