Richardson Farm Fall 5K & 10K with Family Adventure Run
The event takes place at Richardson Adventure Farm in Spring Grove, Illinois. Courses run through a corn maze, dirt trails and gravel paths and include an option to finish down a 100 foot farm slide.
Distances offered:
- 10K through farm and maze
- 5K through a corn maze with over 250 turns
- 1 Mile Family Adventure Run
All participants receive an America 250 themed finisher medal. The 5K and the Kids 1 Mile Adventure Run award finisher medals to every participant, and the chip timed 5K gives winner medals to the top three male and female finishers overall and in age groups. The 10K enforces a 14 minute per mile time limit and the 5K course time limit is 1 hour 20 minutes.
Participant gear can be mailed for a fee and packet pick up is available; mailed packets cost $15 per participant when offered. Richardson Adventure Farm offers discounted admission to 5K finishers after the race for group entry. The event raises money for Trees for Troops.
