Fox Chase Run
The Fox Chase Run is the 33rd annual running event held Sunday, October 4, 2026, in Fox River Grove, Illinois. The event is presented by the Fox River Grove Recreation Council and takes place at Stanger Park, adjacent to Algonquin Road School at 975 Algonquin Road.
Distances offered include:
- 5K
- Youth 1 Mile (age 13 and under)
Pre-race packet pick up is scheduled for the day before the event at the Algonquin Road School soccer fields. Race day packet pick up and registration are available at the race site before the races. Race shirt availability and sizes are not guaranteed after September 10, 2026.
Prizes include cash awards for the top male and top female in the 5K and medals for the top finishers in the following age brackets: 13 and under, 14 - 19, 20 - 24, 25 - 29, 30 - 34, 35 - 39, 40 - 44, 45 - 49, 50 - 54, 55 - 59, 60 - 64, 65 - 69, and 70 plus.
