Relay for Life of Posey County 5K
The Relay for Life of Posey County 5K takes place on August 15, 2026, at Murphy Park, 1014 Main St., New Harmony, Indiana. Proceeds from the event benefit the American Cancer Society.
The event program includes a 5K Run/Walk, a separate 5K Walk, and two Kids' Dash options. Distances:
- 3.1 miles (5K Run/Walk and 5K Walk)
- 75 yards (Kids' Dash with and without shirt)
The course runs through scenic New Harmony. A substantial portion of the route is shaded. A section of the course that follows the river is on gravel.
Published registration fees for the listed events are $25.00 for the 5K entries, $15.00 for the Kids' Dash with a shirt, and $5.00 for the Kids' Dash without a shirt. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
