Reindeer Run and Grinch Sprint
The Reindeer Run and Grinch Sprint takes place on Saturday, December 6, 2025, in Flower Mound, TX. The event is part of the town Christmas program. All income from the event supports local and international charity work.

Location and event details
The race is held at Bakersfield Park, 1201 Duncan Lane, Flower Mound, TX 75028. Race-week packet pickup is at Cross Timbers YMCA. Shirts and medals are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Santa and the Grinch will pose for pictures after the runs. Coffee, hot chocolate, cookies and pancakes will be provided to runners. The fun run features a make-believe town with characters from the related Christmas tale.
Awards and timing
Chip timing is required to be eligible for awards. Awards are given to the top three overall male and female finishers and to the top master male and female finishers (age 40+). Age-group awards are given to the top three male and female finishers in these brackets: 1-9, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+.
