Registration, logistics and fundraising
Registration uses tiered pricing: entries from July 25 through December 12 are $40 for adults (21+) and $20 for participants under 21. Race-day pricing increases (adult and under-21 rates apply). High-quality long sleeve shirts are guaranteed to participants who register before December 6; sizes listed are adult sizes.
Packet pickup is available Friday, December 12 at Nolan Painting (181 W Hillcrest Ave., Havertown) and on Saturday, December 13 at the race site (Haverford High School). The event states that 100% of registration proceeds go to the American Cancer Society and operates a no-refund policy because fees are donated. Nolan Painting is the presenting sponsor and the event supports local fundraising efforts; past editions have raised significant sums for the American Cancer Society.
