America 250 - Red, White & Brew (Blue) 5K Run
This event takes place on June 13, 2026 in Freehold, New Jersey at 402 West Main Street. It marks America’s 250th birthday and benefits veterans through the Veterans Community Alliance, organized in partnership with Freehold Township.
The program includes the following distances:
- 5K run or walk
- 1 mile fun run or walk
The 5K is professionally timed by the Freehold Area Running Club. The first 150 registered participants receive a finisher medal. Participants aged 21 and over receive two complimentary beers or soft drinks, provided by Historic Moore’s Tavern. Race shirts are guaranteed for participants older than 10 who register by June 1, 2026; shirts are available to others while supplies last. Awards are given to the top three male and top three female finishers in each age group.
Registration opens in March or April 2026 and closes on June 12, 2026. The listed registration fee is $25. There is a check-in process on race day.
