Red, White, and Run Half Marathon : Long Beach, CA
Red, White, and Run is a road running event at Pierpoint Landing at Shoreline Park in Long Beach, California on 07/05/2026. The event offers three distances and uses an out-and-back format along the beach path.
- 5K one lap of the 5K route
- 10K two laps of the 5K route
- 13.1 Miles half marathon run in three laps of the half route
The beach path is an open course shared with the public. Runners are asked to keep to the right side of the path; the left side is for cyclists. On-course support includes a fully stocked water station; the finish area has an aid station with water, electrolytes, gels, and fruit snacks. Each aid station carries a first aid kit, and crew members have CPR training. Course turns are marked with chalk, runner turn signs, and flags.
Logistics notes state a parking lot is available at a rate of $2 per hour and street parking is free; half marathon and 10K participants may use the Passport app to pay for lot parking. Bibs should be worn on the front of the shirt for timing and photography. A gear check is available at the registration tent; participants should bring their own bag. All finishers receive a race medal; overall first-place male and female in each distance receive first-place medals.
