Event logistics such as a detailed schedule, site map and route maps will be released closer to the date. Participants need their race bib to access post-race activities and are asked to write an emergency contact and any allergies on the back of the bib.
Race kit pick-up is available in advance at select locations, with limited race-day pick-up at Mel Lastman Square. A government issued ID and bib number are required to collect kits.
Medical services will be provided along the route, at the finish and on the square. Water stations will be available on course and on the square; participants are encouraged to bring a refillable water bottle because a limited number of biodegradable cups will be provided. Free bag check is offered with bib identification; Sunnybrook Foundation is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
The start line is located west of Mel Lastman Square on Beecroft Road between Park Home Avenue and North York Boulevard. Corrals are identified by bib colour and corral signs held by volunteers. Accessible routing for wheelchairs and strollers is via the north end of Mel Lastman Square near Starbucks.
Fundraising information includes a limited-time match from the Nanji Family Foundation for donations made before August 7, and the race has raised over $29 million for the Family Navigation Project, part of the Hurvitz Brain Sciences Program.
