Rattray Beaver Run - Half Marathon and 10K
The Rattray Beaver Run takes place on 20 September 2026 and has been rebranded from the Rattray Blair Half Marathon and 10K. The event is organised by Blairgowrie and District Rotary and is sponsored by Kilmac for the second year.
Distances
- Half Marathon
- 10K
Both courses start and finish near Rattray Primary School. The routes are accurately measured and run predominantly on quiet, rural roads. The Half Marathon includes a short section of rough track towards the end. There will be three water stations on the Half Marathon course and one on the 10K course. First aid cover will be available.
Entries close on 13 September 2026. Entry fees are £25 for the Half Marathon and £20 for the 10K. The event is not licensed by Scottish Athletics, so no affiliation discount applies. All finishers will receive a quality snood and a bespoke medal. The organiser states that there will be post-race refreshments.
Race rules and logistics include no entries on the day, no number transfers, no refunds and no deferrals. Participants must not take part with dogs, prams or push-chairs. Headphones are discouraged unless medically prescribed; bone-conduction devices are acceptable. All participants must wear their race number on the front of their clothing and keep to the left of the road unless directed otherwise. Parking is available at Rattray Primary School. Prizes will be awarded in multiple age, gender and team categories. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
