Event Information

The BrewDog Fife Run 2026 takes place on Saturday, 11 April 2026. The course follows the Fife Coastal Path from Dundee to St Andrews.

Course Details

The distance is approximately 19.5 miles (32 km). The route goes over the Tay Bridge and along the coastal path, which consists of tarred cycle path, pavement, and trail. It passes through Tentsmuir Forest, Leuchars, and Guardbridge, finishing with a run along the famous 18th hole of St Andrews' Old Course. The path is described as reasonably well-signed.

Participants are expected to be relatively self-sufficient during the run and dress appropriately for the weather, as there is no support between checkpoints. There is a designated regrouping and refreshment point at the Tentsmuir Forest car park. The event is described as a fun run, not a race.

Logistics

A coach provides transport. It picks up at BrewDog Castlegate at 10:45 AM and drops participants at St Andrew's Brewing Co at Caird Hall in Dundee around midday, with an aim to start running at approximately 12:30 PM. After the run, the bus leaves St Andrews at 6:30 PM to return to Dundee or Aberdeen. Due to capacity limits at BrewDog St Andrews, numbers are strictly limited to one coach load.

Participation Options

Participants can run the full distance. It is also stated that those who do not wish to run the whole route are welcome to run just the first half or the second half, each stated as just under 10 miles (15 km).

Included Items

Participants receive an event wristband, a bespoke event medal, a limited edition t-shirt, and a goody bag. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
