Ragnar Trail Florida
Ragnar Trail Florida is the final race of the season, held December 4-5, 2026 at Alafia River State Park in Lithia, FL, about 30 minutes outside of Tampa. The event takes place at Alafia River State Park, 13300 S County Road 39, Lithia, FL 33547.
The course sits at sea level with relatively little elevation gain and runs on equestrian and forest trails through shaded woods and areas with giant ferns. Key course figures are listed below.

Teams can enter different formats with registration prices listed for 2026: Standard Team (8 runners, 2 days, 1 night, $1,645), Ultra Team (4 runners, 2 days, 1 night, $925), and Sprint Team (3 runners, 1 day, $400). Prices shown include registration fees. The Standard Team price increases on Oct. 23.
Onsite lodging and weekend life center on Ragnar Village, a communal campground with options for glamping and rent-a-tent. Village features include a Thursday bonus night, a bonfire, music, yoga, s’mores and camp games, food trucks, partner prize giveaways, and an unofficial holiday theme for the December weekend. Teams receive partner samples, a captain’s gift, team medals, and team finisher shirts. Completing Trail Florida and Ragnar Suncoast in 2026 qualifies participants for a special-edition double medal.
