Course Details

The event involves a 4.3-mile ascent up Vermont's highest peak, Mount Mansfield. Participants climb the historic Mansfield Toll Road, gaining 2,564 feet in elevation.

Activities and Series

Participants can choose to run, bike, or hike the course. The event is part of the Delta Dental Mountain Challenge series, which awards cash prizes to the top 10 male and female runners at the final race. The series also recognizes the oldest and youngest runners to complete all races.

A Kids Fun Run is also part of the event weekend. The event is the Catamount Trail Association's largest annual fundraiser, and Delta Dental is the title sponsor for the 20th anniversary.
