Race to the Top of Bradford
The event takes place at 1100 Chase Hollow Road in Bradford, VT and offers two course options on Wrights Mountain town forestland.
- 5K
- 1.5 Miler
The 5K follows forest trails and includes an ascent of 850 ft to the top of Wrights Mountain. Runners reach a view from Bradford's highest point before looping back toward the starting area. Prizes will be awarded to the top male and top female finishers of this course.
The 1.5 mile option is a fun run intended for participants age 13 and under. This shorter route runs through the lower Wrights Mountain Forest and is described as a less challenging tour. Young children must be accompanied by an adult, and all children receive a prize for completing the course.
All proceeds benefit the Friends of Wrights Mountain Fund. Funds are used to maintain the Wrights Mountain and Devil's Den Town Forest. Registration for the event closes on Fri, Jun 5 at 11:59 PM ET. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
