Distances
The event offers three distances:
- A 30-hour race.
- A 12-hour race.
- A 6.4-mile (approximately 10K) race.
The Course
The race takes place on a 6.4-mile loop on Wright's Mountain in Bradford, Vermont. The trail includes a steep initial climb to the mountain's peak, followed by a downhill section through the woods. The terrain varies from runnable to rocky and rooty. The loop starts on private property and crosses one road.
Event Details
The total number of runners is capped at 100. All finishers receive an upside-down Devil tarot card. Additional tarot cards are awarded for specific achievements in the timed events, such as most miles run during the day or night, or for reaching distances like 50 miles or 100K. A belt buckle is awarded for completing 100 miles.
The start/finish area also serves as the parking and pit area for runners. Participants in the 30-hour race are allocated a 10'x10' space for their setup. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
