Race For Recovery 5K
Race For Recovery is a 5K run and walk held on June 28, 2026 in Harrison, Maine. The event takes place at the Harrison Post Office, 5 Front St., Harrison ME 04040, and raises funds for Tucker's House.
Registration is available online and may include processing fees. Registration fees are non refundable and totals may vary with optional donations and add ons. The first 25 registrants receive a free T shirt; shirts are available for purchase after that. Teams may be formed or joined for rostered entries.
Participant services include live online, text, and email results, free finish line photos, and a recovery table stocked with water, bananas, and granola. Runners who register three weeks in advance receive a personalized bib. Bib pickup is handled by event staff starting one hour before the event; a bib number is required for pickup and last minute registrants may receive a bib number by text.
Awards are given to the top two men and women in each age group, including 10 and under, 11 to 19, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, 70 to 79, and 80 plus. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
