Race for Life Stevenage takes place at Fairlands Valley Park in Stevenage, with the start and finish on grass. The course uses a mix of paved pathways and grassy terrain and is chip timed.

The event site and meeting point are near the Broadhall Way carpark, between Broadhall Way and Six Hills Way. Event parking is provided via Broadhall Way, with a separate area for Blue Badge parking and drop offs. Stevenage Train Station is about a 30 minute walk and a bus to Roaring Meg is followed by a 14 minute walk to the park. Bike racks are available by the cafe on the lake side.
Facilities listed for the event include refreshments, toilets, allowance for dogs, and suitability for pushchairs. The course is deemed wheelchair accessible with assistance because of grassy sections and some slopes.
