Race for Life Stevenage
Race for Life Stevenage takes place at Fairlands Valley Park, Broadhall Way, Stevenage SG2 8QJ. The event offers the following distances:

The start and finish are on grass and the course is a mix of paved pathways and grassy terrain. The course is deemed wheelchair accessible with assistance because of grassy sections and some slopes. The meeting point is close to the Broadhall Way carpark, between Broadhall Way and Six Hills Way.
Travel information notes free event parking accessed via Broadhall Way (use postcode SG2 9BN) with drop-off and Blue Badge parking available. Stevenage Train Station is about a 30 minute walk and a bus from Stevenage Town Bus Station to Roaring Meg is followed by a 14 minute walk to the park. Bike racks are available by the cafe on the lake side and a shared-use cycle track runs through much of the park.
Facilities listed for the event include refreshments, toilets, allowance of dogs, suitability for pushchairs, and parking. Bag drop and showers are not available. Entry is listed for ages 16 and over; the listed adult entry price is £17.49 and the minimum fundraising target is £50.00. The 10k is chip-timed.
