Huddersfield Race for Life events at Greenhead Park
Race for Life offers running events at Greenhead Park in Huddersfield on Sunday 20 June 2027. Available distances for the event are:

The 5k course is two laps of a 2.5 km route that winds through Greenhead Park. The route uses hardstanding paths, short grass sections and rolling undulations. The start and finish are located within the main field at Greenhead Park, behind the café and next to the miniature railway station. A what3words location is provided for the exact start point.
The event is organised by Cancer Research UK and carries a minimum fundraising target of £50. Earlybird entry prices listed are £7.99 for participants aged 16 and over and £5.50 for children. Participants receive event materials and support including a fundraising pack, a customisable back sign, training plans, access to an online community and a Race for Life medal on completion.
Facilities on site include refreshments, toilets, and bike racks; dogs are allowed; the site is suitable for pushchairs and is wheelchair accessible with assistance. There is no designated event parking; parking is available around the park perimeter with some restrictions.
