The start and finish are located within the main field behind the café next to the miniature railway station.
On-site facilities include refreshments, toilets, dog allowance, pushchair suitability, and wheelchair access. Bag drop, showers, and dedicated event parking are not available. Blue badge parking is close to park entrances and bike racks are provided by the bowling greens and tennis courts. Organisers note the course is wheelchair accessible with assistance and that terrain may vary with recent weather.
