Harrogate 10k 2026 Race for Life
The event takes place on Sunday 05 July 2026 at The Stray, Knaresborough Road, Harrogate HG1 1BJ. It offers multiple distances including a main 10k event. Participation requires entrants to be aged 16 and over and there is a minimum fundraising target of £50. Ticket prices shown are £17.49 for adults and £11.00 for children.

The course starts and finishes on grass and is a double lap of a 5k route. Surfaces include grass, tarmac path and undulated ground. The route is mostly flat with a slight incline over a bridge in one area. The meeting point is within an open field on The Stray near where Oatland Drive meets Slingsby Walk.
Transport notes state that general event parking is not available. Blue badge parking is provided via the Bede House entrance into St. Aidan's School and is a short walk to the event site. The nearest train station is Harrogate, approximately an 18 minute walk. There are no bike racks.
On site facilities include refreshments, toilets, dogs allowed, suitability for pushchairs and wheelchair access with assistance due to grassy sections. Sunflower wristbands and BSL stage content access are available. Participants receive a fundraising pack, a custom back sign, training support and a finishers medal.
