South Leeds Bah Humbug 10K, 6 December 2026
The event is a 10 kilometre multi terrain race held in and around Middleton Park with a start on the track at South Leeds Stadium and a finish inside the stadium after a single lap. The course is described as hilly, fully marshalled and signposted, and is not suitable for wheelchairs. A drinks station is provided on course.
Race headquarters is at the John Charles Centre for Sport, Middleton Grove, Leeds LS11 5DJ, where lockers, changing facilities and showers are available. Toilets are provided but there is no baggage storage. Parking is available nearby with some spaces subject to a three hour limit.
Entries are limited to 500 places. Finishers receive a bespoke medal and goody bag, with a technical t shirt available as an add on until mid November. There are prizes for the first three open men and women, veteran categories, a best fancy dress prize, and cash prizes for course records. A separate free children’s fun run of two laps on the track is organised with registration on the day.
Results are bib chip timed and available immediately after the race. In the event of a race cancellation entrants will be refunded 50% of the entry fee; individual withdrawals are not refunded but transfers are permitted up to 26 November.
