Chase the Pud 10k

Chase the Pud 10K is a festive running event taking place at The Knavesmire in York, organized by the British Heart Foundation. Participants are encouraged to dress as Santa while racing to catch a Christmas pudding. The event features a chip-timed 10K race and a 3K untimed option for those who prefer a more leisurely pace.

Each entrant is encouraged to raise an additional £20 for the BHF to support research into heart and circulatory diseases. A free Santa suit is provided with entry, and the event has been a community favorite for around 20 years. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
