Event overview
The Leeds Santa Dash is a festive fun run taking place on Sunday 7 December 2025. The event is a 3KM route starting at Leeds Beckett University (Headingley Campus) and finishing at AMT Headingley Stadium. It forms the final day of the 7in7: Together Challenge and raises funds for charities supporting people living with Motor Neurone Disease.
Entries are open with no age restriction; children aged 0–8 must be accompanied by an adult. The entry package includes an exclusive bauble finisher item, a finisher goody bag, and a Santa suit (excluding children under 3). All profits from the 2025 event go to the 7in7: Together Challenge and its partner charities: the MND Association, Leeds Hospitals Charity, Irish MND Association, Darby Rimmer Foundation, My Name’5 Doddie Foundation, and MND Scotland.
On the day and logistics
Race numbers are collection only. There is no baggage store, so participants are asked to leave bags with family or friends. Water stations on course will supply 330ml bottles and recycling bins will be available at each water point. First aid stations are positioned near water stations, with a first aid unit and recovery area near the start and finish.
Parking is available at Leeds Beckett, Beckett Park (LS6 3QD) via St Chads Drive. Trainer drop-off stations will be located next to the Race Office in the Event Village. Bone-conducting headphones may be worn but volumes should be kept low so runners can hear marshal instructions and emergency vehicles. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
