Fox and Hounds Trail

The Fox and Hounds Trail is an exciting trail running event set in the picturesque Essex countryside, offering two routes of approximately 4.4 or 8.8 miles. Participants can start anytime between 10 am and 11:30 am, following written narrative instructions without a mass start or marshals. This event welcomes runners and walkers of all abilities, providing a unique opportunity to connect with nature while enjoying the outdoors.
