Race for Life Brighton 10k : Stanmer Park
The event takes place on Sunday 28 June 2026 at Stanmer Park, Lewes Road, Brighton, BN1 9SE. It is organised by Cancer Research UK and has an age limit of 16 and over. A minimum fundraising target of £50 applies and entry fees are listed for different age groups.
The course runs across fields and woodland with the start and finish on grass. The route uses cross-country terrain with uneven and potentially muddy paths; there are steep inclines and declines and the ground can become very boggy. For these reasons the course is not suitable for wheelchair users.
Distances available:
- 10k
- 3k
- 5k
The event is chip-timed. Meeting point is the field opposite the Lower Lodges EAST Car Park; the organisers provide more logistical details to registered participants. Accessible parking for Blue Badge holders is available inside the park in Lower Lodges Car Park West off Stoney Mere Way. Falmer train station is about an eight minute walk to the park. Cycle parking stands are provided in several locations within the park.
On event day participants can expect basic facilities including refreshments and toilets. Race for Life participants receive a fundraising pack, a customisable back sign, training materials, community support and a finishers medal. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
