The Queens NYC Chiller Half • 10K • 5K takes place on Sunday, December 28, 2025, in Flushing, NY (11354) at Flushing Meadow Corona Park near the Unisphere and Avenue of the Americas. The event includes three race distances.

Course and timing
The course, named The Rocket, uses tree-lined promenades and passes the Unisphere and Rocket Thrower installations. The Half Marathon uses a 3.27 mile loop completed four times. The 10K uses a shortened version of the same loop, about 3.1 miles per loop, completed twice. The 5K follows the same loop once. Each loop is chip timed in real time with digital mapping and live streaming. Timing devices are placed at the course U-turns and splits are recorded at the start and at two additional locations. Runners must wear their BIB on the front torso to be timed. To be included in the awards ceremony, runners should start in their assigned wave within the first 1-2 minutes of that wave.
Logistics and amenities
BIB pick-up is race day only, approximately 30 to 60 minutes before the official start time (the exact start time is announced the week of the event). Amenities listed by the organizer include live timing with free pictures and video on the results page, a technical shirt, commemorative finisher medal, medal awards, baggage check-in, toilets, and water stations approximately every 1.5 miles with gels and sports drink.
