Queens Marathon Weekend 2026
Queens Marathon Weekend is scheduled for December 5 and 6, 2026 at Flushing Meadows Corona Park, near the Queens Museum on Meridian Road in Corona, NY 11368. The weekend program includes multiple distance events across two days and an outdoor expo that has accompanied the races in prior editions.
Distances offered include:
- 5K (3.1 miles)
- 10K (6.2 miles)
- Half Marathon (13.1 miles)
- Full Marathon (26.2 miles)
On December 5 the 5K and 10K take place at Flushing Meadows Corona Park. On December 6 the Marathon and QDR Half Marathon are scheduled at the park; the organizers note a pending permit that could move the December 6 races onto city streets if approved. Entry fees vary by event and membership level, and registration fees are non refundable. Queens Distance Runners members receive race specific codes and QDR+ members receive additional discounts.
The event includes competition awards for Top 3 overall and Top 3 in age groups for Men, Women, and Non Binary categories. The weekend has supported local causes in past years, including a contribution to NYC Kids Rise for college savings accounts for third graders in Queens. A season long Queens Crew Cup tracks points for Queens based run crews and clubs and culminates at this weekend. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
