Event overview

The 2025 Queens Marathon & QDR Half Marathon takes place in Flushing Meadows Corona Park on December 6-7, 2025. The Fall Edition marks the 10th annual Queens Marathon. Courses remain inside the park with the start/finish area near the Queens Unisphere. The marathon uses a 4-loop course and the half marathon uses a 2-loop course. The course is USATF certified and is listed as a Boston qualifier. Organizers describe a simplified loop with fewer sharp turns and increased sightlines by the reflection pool and Queens Theatre.

Logistics, entry and awards

A race expo and packet pickup are scheduled at the Queens Museum on December 5 and December 6. Queens Get The Miles (5K/10K) is held the day before the main races and is listed as a benefit for NYC Kids Rise and programs for third graders in Queens. An inaugural World’s Borough Invitational relay will run entirely on the marathon course on December 7; invited crews may field separate men’s and women’s teams and the winning crew receives a cash donation.

Published registration pricing includes full event fees and discounted member tiers. Awards are given to the top three overall M/F/Non-Binary and top three M/F/Non-Binary in age groups: 19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+. Transportation notes reference Queens Museum parking and public transit access via the 7 train to Mets Willets Point. All finishers of the half and full marathon receive a finisher medal.
