NSRF The Bunny Trail 5K Run/Walk
The event is the seventh annual Bunny Trail 5K Run/Walk held at Bethpage State Park with the race site described as "Polo at the Park" and parking near the Bethpage State Park Playground. The course begins on a grassy polo field and continues onto winding, soft trails through Bethpage State Park. The terrain features a few small hills but is described as mostly flat with a cross country trail character.

On-site amenities include an informal bag check area, restroom facilities within a few minutes walk of the start and finish, hydration at the finish line, and refreshments provided by All Round Foods and Waterloo Sparkling Water. Event apparel is available.
Bib options include in-person pickup from event staff before the race and a mailing option for $10 if registration is completed at least 10 days in advance. Virtual participation is offered; virtual entrants have from the event start day and a full week to submit a time and up to five photos. Common tracking methods are suggested for virtual entries such as track laps, treadmill, or running apps.
Age group recognition is awarded for top finishers overall and in multiple age categories. Donations benefit the Never Stop Running Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
