Safety, checkpoints and finish
All entrants receive a tracker at registration; the tracker is supplied switched on and must be worn. The tracker includes an emergency button that, if pressed while in range, ends the race for that runner. Checkpoints provide water, coke and snacks with vegan and gluten free boxes available. Arriving at a checkpoint after it closes results in retirement from the race. Finishers receive a medal and an event T-shirt unless they opt out; hot food and drinks are provided at the finish. Mandatory kit is specified and random kit checks may be carried out on course. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
