Provisional GPX files are available and the final route will be emailed to competitors; the emailed version must be used to reflect any last minute diversions. The course is not taped because it mostly follows the well waymarked Nidderdale Way. Checkpoints are located along the route and provide drinks, snacks and a box for vegan and gluten free options. Arriving at a checkpoint after it has closed will result in retirement from the race. Finishers receive a medal and an event T shirt and there is hot food with vegan and gluten free choices at the finish. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
