Punch Out Ultra : Molino, FL (February 27, 2027)
Punch Out Ultra is an 8-hour trail event held on private, high-fence deer ranch property in Molino, Florida. The course is a 4.2-mile out-and-back loop that starts and finishes beside a pond and runs over pine-needle trails, sandy dirt roads, and grassy sections with gentle elevation.
Race formats include:
- 8 Hour team
- 8 Hour individual
- Ruck division (20 lb entry weight)
Laps are counted with a hole punch on the bib at the start/finish; a full lap requires crossing the finish line. Each team must consist of exactly four members or be an individual entry; every team member must complete at least one lap for the team to qualify. The event is timed to 8 hours and partial laps do not count; runners must begin their final lap at least 40 minutes before the 8-hour finish to have it counted.
Aid and facilities: a full aid station at the start/finish offers water, snacks, electrolyte mixes, and a light lunch; a water-only station is positioned at the turnaround. The event is cupless so participants should bring their own bottle or cup. On-site amenities include restrooms, a covered barn, space for pop-up tents, and a food truck. On-site camping is not available; nearby public camping areas are listed by the event organizers.
Additional details: a free kids race for ages 3-12 will be held on a 0.3 mile loop. Spectator access is limited along much of the course; crew may set up near the start/finish and pets must be leashed. Emergency plans account for limited cell service and race staff will use satellite communication if needed. Packet pickup details will be announced closer to the event.
