Event Overview

Punch Out Ultra is a running event held on a private high-fence deer ranch in Molino, Florida. The event is organized by the Suffer Up Podcast in partnership with the Mens Barn Meeting.

Course Details

The course is a 4.2-mile out-and-back loop on ATV-style trails. It starts and finishes beside a pond. The route includes pine needle-covered trails, sandy dirt roads, and grassy stretches.

The event has an 8-hour time limit. Participants aim to complete as many laps as possible within this period.

Event Formats

Participants can register in two formats:

  • 8-Hour Team (4-person)
  • 8-Hour Individual

For teams, each member must complete at least one lap for the team to qualify. Lap completion is recorded with a hole punch on the runner's bib.

Aid Stations and Amenities

A full aid station with water, food, and snacks is located at the start/finish line. A water-only aid station is at the turnaround point. Participants are asked to bring their own bottle or cup as it is a cupless event. A light lunch will be served for runners during the race.

On-site amenities include restrooms, a covered barn, non-potable water, and space for tents. A food truck will also be present. The event includes a free kids' race for children ages 3-12.

Awards

Awards are given for first, second, and third place in both team and individual divisions. Any runner, individual or part of a team, who completes a 50K distance (8 laps) receives a limited edition finisher challenge coin. All team members receive a t-shirt and other sponsor swag.

Important Notes

On-site camping is not available. Nearby free camping options are available in the area. Spectators are welcome but large portions of the course are inaccessible. Crews can set up tents near the start/finish line. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
