5th Annual Reindeer Run 3K - Jay, FL
The 5th Annual Reindeer Run is a short distance run and walk held as part of the Joy in Jay Festival in downtown Jay. The course covers approximately 3K (1.8 miles) and starts and finishes at Mistletoe Junction near the gazebo on Highway 4, Commerce Street, Jay, FL 32565. The event date is December 5, 2026.
Entry information lists a participation fee of $20. Only registered participants are guaranteed a t-shirt; event day registration t-shirts will be distributed on a first come, first served basis. Registration forms are available at Jay City Hall before the event, and online registration is offered.
All registered runners and walkers who finish receive a souvenir medallion. Special overall costume categories are included: best costume for students K–6, best costume for students 7–12, best costume for adults, largest costumed group by participant total, and most festive costume.
Some streets along the course will be closed to traffic due to parade preparation. Participants are encouraged to use sidewalks where available. A course map will be available at the gazebo on the event date. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
