PTC Triathlon and Duathlon : Sydney International Regatta Centre
Panthers Tri Club stages a range of triathlon and duathlon races at the Sydney International Regatta Centre in Penrith, NSW. The event includes age-grouped distances for children, juniors and older athletes, plus a longer Enduro triathlon.
Available race formats include:
- Enduro triathlon 14+ years: 250m swim, 10km bike, 2km run, 250m swim, 10km bike, 2km run
- Enticer triathlon 12+ years: 250m swim, 10km bike, 2km run
- Junior triathlon 10–15 years: 100m swim, 5km bike, 1km run
- Sub-Junior triathlon 7–10 years: 100m swim, 1.5–2km bike, 500m run
- Mini/Micro triathlon under 10 years: 50m swim, 800m–1km bike, 100–200m run
- Enticer duathlon 12+ years: 2km run, 10km bike, 2km run
- Junior duathlon 10–15 years: 1km run, 5km bike, 1km run
- Sub-Junior duathlon 7–10 years: 500m run, 1.5km bike, 500m run
- Mini/Micro duathlon under 7 years: 200m run, 800m–1km bike, 100–200m run
Registration is online only and closes at 6pm on the Wednesday before race day; there are no on-the-day entries. Pricing varies by membership status and race category, with some youth categories offered free. Volunteers are requested to support event operations; participants 15 years and under must provide a volunteer. Refunds or transfers are accepted in writing before the registration portal closes; transfers are preferred and refunds are subject to a 10% administration and fees deduction.
