The 5K Foam Fest - Sydney 2026 is a 5K obstacle-course fun run scheduled for December 5, 2026, at Saxony Rd, Horsley Park NSW 2175, Australia. The course features more than 25 obstacles, including an inflatable waterslide, mud pits and approximately 2.5 million cubic feet of foam. Participation and facilities
Participants aged 7 and up may take part on the course. Children aged 7 to 12 must run with a registered adult; participants aged 13 to 17 do not require an adult chaperone but remain subject to course rules. Event waivers are required, and the waiver notes that the obstacle course carries risks of injury or death. Spectators have free access to the festival area, vendors and beer garden.
