Event overview
Prove It 5K & 10K takes place on April 18, 2026 at the GM Milford Proving Ground in Milford, Michigan (3399 General Motors Rd, Milford, MI 48380). The course is on the GM test track, which is normally closed to the public and opens for this event. The 5K is one lap of the track with 225' of elevation gain. The 10K is two laps with 450' of gain; the 10K is USATF-certified. A Double Event option is available to run both distances back-to-back. The race is listed as the first event in the Trivium Michigan Mega Medal Series; finisher medals from series races connect into a six-piece Mega Medal.

Virtual event registration deadlines are listed as April 17, 2026. Registration includes a custom race shirt, a Prove It finisher's medal, race day photos, post-race food and drinks, and awards. Refund and transfer policies state no refunds within 30 days of the event; earlier refunds may be available at 50% of the entry fee (processing fees excluded).
