Race services, awards and policies
Timed events (5K, 10K, Half-Marathon) use chip timing with live results and offer age-group awards. Awards include male and female overall, male and female masters (40+), and top three male and female in age brackets from 10 & under through 80+. Kid's Dash, 1 Mile, and Virtual events are untimed and do not qualify for age-group awards.
Every registration for 5K/10K/Half-Marathon or other paid events includes a designer shirt, a custom finisher medal, and a custom bib. The event also provides free photos and donuts at the finish line. Virtual participants receive a digital bib, event shirt, finisher medal, and mailed packet; virtual packets are shipped after the race and participants may upload times and photos on the event pages. Course maps for the 5K, 10K, and Half-Marathon are available. The organizer maintains a no-refund policy; if the event is canceled due to venue or safety issues, registrations will be transferred to the virtual option.
