USA Project Valor & Badizo 5K Run/Walk - Northern Utah
This event is a 5K run/walk with both an in-person option at Virgil Gibbons Heritage Park, 2456 S 800 W, Nibley, UT 84321, and a virtual option. The event dates span late August 2026, with an in-person gathering on August 29, 2026 and a virtual participation window around August 28 to 30, 2026.
Both participation options cover a 5K distance. Registration opens May 28, 2026. The in-person registration deadline is August 29, 2026; the virtual registration deadline is August 31, 2026. The registration fee is $35.
Registered participants receive event items including a short sleeve tri-blend t-shirt (t-shirt guaranteed if registered by August 15, 2026), a bib number, a Project USA Valor sticker, and an official finish time. Post-race refreshments are provided for in-person participants.
The event includes community activities such as a flag ceremony, children’s games, food trucks and local vendors, live music, a car show, prize giveaways, and a silent auction.
