Wellsville Founders Day Fun Run
The Wellsville Founders Day Fun Run is held on Monday September 7, 2026 as part of Wellsville’s Founders Day celebration. The event is a longstanding community race, running for nearly 50 years and drawing around 500 participants.
Races start and finish near the Wellsville City Tabernacle at 100 E 100 S in Wellsville, Utah, with all distances using the same start and finish location. Ample parking is available; participants are asked not to park on 100 East between Main Street and 100 South.

Registration fees and deadlines are published in two advance windows and a race day option. Advance registration through August 24 charges a lower fee for the 5K and 10K and includes a shirt; a higher fee applies August 25 through September 6 for those same distances and also includes a shirt. Kids K pricing is listed both with and without a shirt for each registration period. Race day registration is available the morning of the event between 6:00 AM and 6:45 AM; shirts not available on race day will be ordered for later pickup.
