PPTC Endurance Fest
PPTC Endurance Fest is an ultramarathon held in Prospect Park in Brooklyn with two distance options. The course is looped and the start and finish are located near the Lincoln Road entrance to the park. The event uses a single aid station that runners pass on each loop.
- 50 Mile: roughly 15 loops of the full Prospect Park loop.
- 50K: 9 loops plus a short out-and-back before joining the main loop.
Each loop measures about 3.35 miles. The event is chip-timed by Catskills Timing. Hydration is provided by Skratch Labs in single-serving packets at the aid station. The race is cup-less; runners must bring their own cup or bottle. Park Slope Volunteer EMS will be onsite for the duration of the event.
Race packets are available on race day only. The event does not offer bib transfers or refunds. A monitored bag drop will be available at the start-finish area, but the area is in a public park and is not fully locked. Pacers are permitted; participants are asked to be respectful of other park users. There is a strict 15 hour cut-off. All finishers receive a belt buckle; 50K finisher buckles are not awarded to runners who start but do not finish the 50 Mile event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
