Port City Run

Port City Run takes place in downtown Frankfort, Michigan on October 10, 2026. The event has been held since 1979 and returned to an autumn schedule in 2025. It coincides with the Frankfort Fall Festival and Craft Fair.

The program includes a Port City 5K Run. Registration opens May 20, 2026 and closes October 5, 2026. The registration fee is $29.00.

Awards in the 5K will be presented to the top overall, master and grand master male and female runners. Awards will also be given to top finishers in 14 age-group divisions: 0-14, 15-20, 21-25, 26-30, 31-35, 36-40, 41-45, 46-50, 51-55, 56-60, 61-65, 66-70, 70+.

Pre-race packet pick up is scheduled at StormCloud Brewing on Friday, October 10; StormCloud will provide $2 off coupons to registered participants. Race day packet pick up will take place in Open Space Park prior to the race; look for the "CHECK IN" wind waiver.
