About the race
Poole MoRun takes place at Upton Country Park in Poole (BH17 7BJ). The event includes 1.5k Mini MoRun for children plus 5k, 10k and a Half Marathon MoRun. The mostly off-road course features a mix of trail and muddy sections, with undulating terrain and a couple of road crossings; it is dog-friendly but not suitable for wheelchair users, though off-road buggies are allowed.
Every MoRunner receives a unique medal and a finisher headband, and results are chip-timed with instant online updates. The day combines sport with Movember fundraising, fun fancy-dress prizes and post-race drinks and treats. Parking is limited, so arrive early.
