Plymouth Triathlon
Plymouth Triathlon returns to Mount Edgcumbe for 2026. The event is organised by Sportiva Events in collaboration with Plymouth Tri Club and the Mount Edgcumbe team. The venue is a short ferry ride from the centre of Plymouth.
The race features a sheltered sea swim with land on both sides, a bike leg on rolling roads with sea views, and final runs based on a 5 km lap around the grounds of Mount Edgcumbe.

- Middle distance triathlon
- Standard distance triathlon
- Sprint triathlon
Participants receive professional chip timing and medals for all finishers. The event provides silicone swim hats and a Sportiva drinks bottle, professional first aid and water safety, public liability insurance, a fully marked and marshalled course, water and energy drinks served in biodegradable paper cups, and feed stations. The event is British Triathlon registered.
Access to Mount Edgcumbe is available for foot passengers with or without bikes via the Cremyl Ferry. The Torpoint Car Ferry is an alternative, or attendees can drive via a short excursion into Cornwall. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
