Pioneer Day Fun Run
The Pioneer Day Fun Run is a community 5K run and walk held on June 7, 2026 in Meadow Vista. The course starts at Meadow Vista Park and runs through Meadow Vista. The event supports the Colfax High School Cross Country Team. All participants start together and the event includes on-course and post-race support.
An aid station is located at the halfway mark and provides water with disposable cups. Snacks are available at the finish line. Awards include medals for the top three finishers in each male and female age group: under 14, 15 to 19, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, and 60 and over. A trophy is presented to the overall top male and overall top female finisher.
Registration information includes an opening date of January 25, 2026 and a closing date of May 30, 2026. The registration fee is $30.00. Race t-shirts are guaranteed for online entries received prior to May 19, 2026; shirts are subject to availability for later registrations. On-site registration is available on race morning via cash, check, or Venmo.
