About the race
The Granite Bay Turkey Trot is a family-friendly, all-comers fun run and walk held in Granite Bay, California. The event offers two course options that follow pedestrian sidewalks near Granite Bay High School and nearby streets. The start and finish are located on Wellington Way in front of Granite Bay High School, with parking available in the school lot or on-street along Wellington Way.
Course details:
- 3 km: one clockwise loop on sidewalks.
- 6 km: two loops, second loop run counter-clockwise.
The 3 kilometer loop follows East Roseville Parkway, Hillsborough Drive, and Eureka Road before returning to Wellington Way. The 6 kilometer option completes the same loop twice, reversing direction on the second loop. Course traffic will be lightly controlled by CHP and/or PCSO. Participants receive a bib, t-shirt, medal, post-race snacks, water, and age-group awards. Packet pick-up is the day before the event at Slice House Pizza Granite Bay, on Wednesday, November 25th, from 11:00 to 19:00.
The event supports Fieldhaven Feline Center in Lincoln. Registration includes staged pricing tiers and does not allow race day registration; refunds are not provided except in extenuating circumstances. Additional online processing fees apply.
