Pine County Fun Run
The Pine County Fun Run is an annual community sports event held in Pine City, Minnesota. The 2026 edition marks the 22nd year of the event. The race course starts and ends at the Pine City Beach, located on 6th Ave SW.
Participants can choose from several distances and disciplines:
- 1 Mile run/walk
- 5K walk
- 5K run
- 10K run
Registration is open from January 1, 2026, until July 15, 2026. Participants who complete their registration by July 14, 2026, receive a race shirt. On the day of the event, packet pick-up is organized at the beach location.
Awards are presented to the top two finishers within each age and event category. The event serves as a fundraiser, with all proceeds donated to school organizations in the East Central, Hinckley-Finlayson, and Pine City areas.
