Mora Half Marathon & 5K
Mora Half Marathon & 5K is a road race event held in Mora, Minnesota on August 15, 2026. The event includes a half marathon and a 5K, plus a free kids run that takes place after the 5K start. Courses are measured and have been certified, though road construction may require minor adjustments that could affect certification.

Registration options include online registration that closes the evening before race day and in-person registration with bib pick up at the start/finish area on race day. Early bird entry fees apply through March 1: $40 for the half marathon and $25 for the 5K. Race shirts are provided to participants who register by August 1; women's and unisex cuts are offered and the women's cut is a slimmer fit.
The half marathon course is marked with orange footprints and the 5K with green footprints. Official timing for the half marathon will end 3 hours and 15 minutes after its start; participants remaining on course after that time may continue but will not have support, timing, or water stations. Awards include overall and age group trophies and medals, plus local Kanabec County overall awards. In the event of lightning, the start may be delayed up to 60 minutes before a possible cancellation. Insurance is available at checkout.
