Mora Half Marathon & 5K
Mora Half Marathon and 5K take place in Mora, Minnesota, at the athletic complex behind Mora Elementary and Mora High School, with access at 118 N 9th Street. The event includes a half marathon and a 5K, plus a free kids run scheduled shortly after the 5K start.

Early bird registration is offered through March 1, 2026 with entry fees listed as $40 for the half marathon and $25 for the 5K. Online registration remains open until August 14, 2026. In-person registration and bib pickup are available the day before and the morning of the event at the start and finish area.
Race shirts are provided to participants who register by August 1, 2026; the women’s cut is a slim fit and registrants are advised to size up if between sizes. Both courses are certified but may be altered due to road construction; no refunds will be issued for course changes. The half marathon course is marked with orange footprints and the 5K with green footprints.
Awards include trophies and medals for overall and age group finishers, plus local Kanabec County overall awards. Official timing for the half marathon ends 3 hours and 15 minutes after the start, after which support and water stops will not be available. In case of lightning the start may be delayed up to 60 minutes; the event may be cancelled if conditions do not clear. Insurance is available for purchase at checkout.
