Phoenix Striders Summer Series

The Phoenix Striders Summer Series is a running event held at the Langdon Discovery Nature Park, featuring five rounds throughout the summer. Participants aged 12 and older can enjoy a 5k trail run, consisting of two laps of a 2.5k circuit. The series aims to raise funds for the Essex Wildlife Trust and other local charities.
