Ebbsfleet Garden City 10km
The event is a 10 km running route in Ebbsfleet Garden City, organised by Run Happy Run Healthy with entry via LetsDoThis. The course starts next to Whitecliffe Lakes at the bottom of the Castle Hill development and includes a final lap around Whitecliffe Lakes.
The route combines paved and off road sections. Runners loop around the lakes, pass through Platinum Jubilee Lakeside Park, and follow Castle Hill Drive on a wide pavement. The course then crosses onto a gravel path past Portbridge Gardens and across Whitecliffe Road onto a straight, slightly downhill footpath. Later it turns right to cross toward the Mammoths at the end of Whitecliffe Road, continues on an off road gravel loop around the new development, and crosses Castle Hill Drive onto a single footpath running toward the observatory of the Ebbsfleet Development Cooperation.
The route drops down and exits briefly onto Watling Street alongside the A2 and M2 before returning via Ackers Drive and the Ebbsfleet Garden off road path back to Castle Hill Drive. The finish consists of one last lap of Whitecliffe Lakes. All finishers receive a medal, a snack and water. The venue is Ebbsfleet Valley, Ebbsfleet Garden City, Kent, DA10 1AD.
