Phoenix Kingfisher Run
This event is held from the Cyclopark in Kent and uses a measured road-certified course. Participants can run a distance from 5.25 miles up to an ultra marathon, with a time limit of 7 hours.
Event Format
The event is a timed run on a single 5.25-mile (8.5 km) out-and-back lap around tarmac tracks near the Cyclopark. Runners can complete as many laps as they wish within the 7-hour limit. Completing one lap qualifies a runner as a finisher.
Course and Entry Options
The course is described as road and undulating, on smooth tarmac. There is a standard entry which includes a finisher's medal. An alternative 'no medal' entry option is available for a lower fixed price, which includes participation and support but no physical medal.
