Event Overview
The Phoenix Running Games Run takes place at Grafham Water in Cambridgeshire. This event features a flexible format where participants can determine their total distance on the day of the event. The course consists of a 5.3 km (3.28 mile) out-and-back loop along tarmac cycle paths and a small section of gravel path.
Course Details
The route is designed with minimal elevation gain and loss, providing a relatively flat and fast surface for runners. Because of the lap-based structure, participants can complete a single loop or continue for multiple laps within a 6 hour time limit. Available distances that can be achieved include:

Participation and Regulations
The event operates with a flexible start window of one hour, allowing runners to begin their session at any time within that period. Registration is open to all ability levels with no specific qualification requirements. In accordance with UK Athletics rules, specific distance restrictions apply to participants aged 20 or under.
