Event overview
The ATW Odyssey Triathlon takes place on 8 August 2026 at Riverside Park, Regatta Meadow, St Neots, Cambridgeshire. It is the centrepiece of the ATW First To Full Triathlon Festival and includes racing alongside live music, food, family activities, and a festival hub near Race HQ. The swim takes place in the River Ouse and the bike and run routes pass through the Cambridgeshire countryside and the riverside town of St Neots.
Race formats and cut-offs
- Full - 3.8 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km run
- Half - 1.9 km swim, 90 km bike, 21.1 km run
- Aquabike - full and half-distance options available
The Full Odyssey has a 16-hour cut-off with 10 hours to complete swim and bike. The Half Odyssey has a 14-hour cut-off. The bike route passes Race HQ approximately every 45 km and the run uses 5.3 km laps that return athletes to the event hub.
Facilities and entries
Camping is available on site for Friday and Saturday nights. Car parking and campervan parking are provided for a fee. All finishers receive an event medal, a t-shirt, and post-race goodies. Entries are open to people aged 19 or over on 31/12/2026. ATW was established in 2011 and runs national running and multi-sport events, with over 40,000 entries annually.
